Larsens (“we”, “us”) makes race trailer canopies and awnings. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you choose to send us through our forms, plus standard website analytics, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
Information you send us
Quote requests. When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, and the details you share about your trailer and program. We use this information to respond to your request and to prepare your quote. Submissions are delivered to us by email and stored on this website so we do not lose your request.
Race-season updates. When you sign up for updates, we collect your email address and use it to send occasional news about products and race season. You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to delete your address entirely by contacting us.
Information collected automatically
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and general location at the city or region level. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives standard technical information such as browser type and device. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you personally. Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors interact with pages, through heatmaps and session replays, so we can fix confusing layouts and broken experiences. Clarity masks sensitive content and sets cookies to distinguish visitors. Microsoft’s privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile and a simple question to keep out automated submissions. Turnstile checks the browser rather than asking you to solve puzzles and may set a short-lived cookie for that purpose. Cloudflare also routes the site’s traffic and web address. Cookies and analytics choices
This site uses cookies for the analytics tools described above (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) and for basic site functionality such as caching. We do not use advertising cookies.
You are in control of the analytics cookies. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, nothing is set until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Everywhere else, analytics runs by default and you can opt out at any time. Your choice is stored in a single cookie named lrs_consent for one year. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an opt-out automatically.
To change your choice at any time, use the Cookie choices link here or in the footer of every page. Opting out turns off both tools and deletes the analytics cookies they set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will keep working.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that make this website run: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (network and spam protection), our email delivery provider (which sends form notices to us), Google (analytics), and Microsoft (analytics). Each acts as a processor on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept as ordinary business records so we can serve you across seasons. Update-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Form submissions are also stored in the website’s own database so nothing is lost if an email goes astray; we delete test entries and can delete yours on request. Analytics data is retained on the schedules set in the tools above (Google Analytics: 14 months).
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call 831-476-3009 and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, these choices may also be legal rights, and we honor them regardless.
Children
This site is for businesses and race teams. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
